Vehicle-mounted systems

Vehicle-mounted systems can be used on all types of vehicles and mobile machinery. One example is the loading dock on the back of a truck. The cylinders are often placed in tight enclosures. This means that you have to adapt the oil connections location depending on the space available. We recommend our standard series DA250, which offers a variety of mounting options.

The cylinders often work with pressures up to 25.0 MPa (250 bar). Sizes vary from 40-200 mm with stroke lengths from 100-2500 mm. When required we can deliver installation lengths of up to 6000 mm. The surface of the piston rods are treated with a corrosion protection. Due to the fact that the cylinders often are exposed to a "blast effect" and road salt spray.

We also have single acting and double acting telescopic cylinders suitable for this application.
